With the rise of mobile and tablet use by their clients, Schneider Downs realized that their website, which looked great on desktop computers, failed to deliver all its functionality on other devices.

Mobile phone and tablet users were presented with a stripped down version of the full website. Important content from the website was unavailable on the mobile/tablet version, limiting value to Schneider Downs clients. Users could only access high level content and not the specific detailed content they needed.

Based on Savvior's exceptional and long-standing track record with web application and website design and development with global leaders, Schnieder Downs turned to the Savvior team to reimagine and redesign an ideal user experience: Instead of a limited phone/tablet version of the website go, Savvior and Schneider's branding agency, Garrison Hughes, embarked on a fresh, responsive design that allows the full website to “respond” to the user's device.

Savvior’s user-interface teamcut-up the PSD designs provided by Garrison Hughes to create the responsive HTML, CSS and JS needed for the new site. From there, Savvior's development team took over and implemented the designs & functionality into Savvior's award-winning SavviCMS, content system, which was also pre-loaded with existing Schneider Downs content to make for a seamless website transition.

Schnieder Downs clients now enjoy a freshly redesigned website that looks and functions great on all devices (desktop, tablet & mobile phones). All the key benefits from Schneider Downs' full website is available on tablet & phones. The slick, Responsive Design of the website automatically changes based on the screen resolution, and type of device.

Proving the return on investment of the project, analytics show the new design is resulting in a lower bounce rate, and longer retention time on the site for both tablet & phones.
