About this Position
Savvior Technology Solutions is hiring an experienced frontend / user-experience developer! We are looking for a motivated, self-directed individual to join our team. We are conveniently located on Pittsburgh's North Side in the historic Penn Brewery building minutes from downtown and conveniently located by route 279. We offer excellent benefits and a fun work environment.

What You'll Do
Work with our development team to build and enhance complex web and mobile applications. The applications are built with frameworks and tools such as Bootstrap, jQuery, KendoUI, Angular, and Ionic.
Example Projects

Building HTML5 / CSS3 layouts from customer or designer-supplied photoshop files.

Laying out multiple screens in a web or mobile application and doing basic programming of logic and workflow.

Working within existing websites and mobile applications to add new functionality

Ensuring site and application design and workflow are indistinguishable across all major browsers and platforms.

Work with designers to implement consistent, usable, and standards-compliant interfaces across multiple projects.
Requirements

Strong proficiency with HTML5 / CSS3 and frameworks such as Bootstrap

Very adept with Photoshop, or other image manipulation software such as GIMP or Sketch

Strong Proficiency of Javascript / jQuery / Angular

Good understanding of usability with the ability to design usable interfaces from generic business requirements

Ability to package CSS and Javascript assets using tools such as grunt, webpack, and yarn

Basic understanding of relational databases, SQL

Basic understanding of PHP

Experience with React or Vue.js

Experience with Wordpress

Experience with hybrid mobile frameworks such as Adobe Phonegap / Cordova, or the Ionic Framework.
