Your Web site is instrumental in creating and maintaining perceptions people have about your company. A site that is easy to use, with intuitive navigation and effective design built into the knowledge base can help ensure positive perceptions and pleasant experiences for users. It can also increase efficiencies by reducing the number of phone calls made to your customer service centers.

The Savvior Knowledge Management System was designed with maximum functionality and usability in mind, and features a user interface that is completely accessible by physically challenged individuals.

A login area for your customer service representatives provides an area to answer questions submitted by site users and callers. As more questions arise, this area will provide ample, easy to use area for your reps to update the information and keep current with changing trends in customer needs.

SECURITY ISSUES

We will assist you in setting up SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is our minimum recommended security for administering the backend database. If you require additional security we could set the software up so that it runs only through your intranet. If you chose this route you could access it through a computer on your LAN or a virtual private network (which we can set up for you).

Passwords are stored using a strong encryption method (Mcrypt) http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.mcrypt.php. Additionally, Savvior will consult you on how to set up your database to optimize security if this is something that concerns you. This would depend on which DBMS you have decided to go with. Savvior Technology Solutions is capable of deploying any type of networking solutions, just ask!
