Over the past two years, Vorteq (fka Wismarq Industries), a Peninsula Partners company, has embarked on a comprehensive evolution as a company, replete with significant investments into assets, systems and people.

As part of a comprehensive initiative to create a differentiated and personalized customer service model, further augment the Company’s premium quality standards, and to enhance brand recognition as an industry leader for specialized coil coating service, the company turned to Savvior for a comprehensive reimagining of the corporate brand, and re-evaluation of how technology will factor into the company’s ongoing mission to serve customers.

Following a comprehensive, collaborative rebrand effort, Wismarq has been relaunched as Vorteq Coil Finishers, rebranded to demonstrate committed ownership, visionary leadership, and an experienced leadership team focused on customer service, product quality, prime yields, and continuous improvement.

Phase I of new technology deployments include a new website and today’s launch of QUEST, a web-based customer portal created by Savvior, designed to redefine the Vorteq customer experience through an industry-leading platform with solid functionality, clean design, and ease-of-use.  

Powering QUEST is Savvior’s rock-solid content management system, SavviCMS™. Advanced SEO, lightning-quick page loads, not relying on plugins, and robust functionality are just a few reasons why the Vorteq will be able to rely on the platform to serve customers.

SavviCMS™ also eliminates the need for HTML editors, and is designed intuitively, for use by even the least-technical employees.  Safe and secure workflow ensures only authorized users are able to edit the system, which makes great use of the company’s employees’ time.

Vorteq Customers can join the QUEST through the new public website, vorteqcoil.com. The new website connects customers to important information on Vorteq, helpful industry resources, and press releases on recent activities at the Company.
